BEFORE
AFTER
The owner wanted to down-size and had moved out of this custom built house.  By adding some colorful art and accessories we were able to use the furniture left behind to highlight the size and features of these large, comfortable rooms.  Within a week of Staging the owner received two offers.

Large bedroom in a 130 year old brick farmhouse.
This property was staged before being put up for sale and had an offer within a week.
The front room of this new, narrow row house was both the living room and dining room.  Staging showed buyers that it could be possible to fit comfortable furniture into the small space.
After several weeks on the market this vacant townhouse was not attracting many potential buyers.  The property was under contract within a week of being staged!
Buyers weren't seeing the potential in this charming city cottage with a large back yard.  Staging warmed up the rooms and highlighted all the wonderful features in this sunny house.
A wonderful old grand colonial house had many architectural features in all of the rooms but it also needed some updating and renovation.  Staging the rooms helped buyers imagine the possibilities in living there rather than just focusing on the work that would need to be done.
This small detached home had approximately 500 square feet of living space.  Some painting and adding furniture and decorative accessories showed how charming the rooms could be.
A custom built home filled with family heirlooms, art and travel mementos was too busy for
prospective buyers to see the house itself.   Packing up the small items, rearranging the artwork
and furniture and adding plants and flowers helped to emphasize all of the wonderful living space.
Furnishing the master bedroom accentuated just how large the room is.  Removing the drapes allowed twice as much light into the room which had felt a little dark with all of the wood paneling.
A new construction house had so much neutral color it needed some colorful accents
and darker furniture to bring focus to the great living spaces and emphasize the size of the rooms.
This home had been on the market for several months.  After neutralizing the strong colors and furnishing key rooms the property was under contract within days of staging.
